g2gOutside will explore fishing, hiking, bug catching and other outdoor activities at the Great Plains Nature Center on August 19th, from 6-8pm. g2gOutside is a program through the Sedgwick County Extension Office that promotes children playing outdoors! Children who play outside have an increased ability to be creative, problem solve and manage their time and energy effectively. Spending time outdoors also decreases chances for headaches, depression, stomach aches and attention defecit disorder. Check out our program and more events at www.g2goutside.org.
