This website is maintained by the City of Wichita for the purpose of preserving and improving the natural environment in the south central Kansas region.  Several City departments manage and add content including Planning, Wichita Airport, Public Works, and Information Technology.   The calendar is available to publicize community green (environmental) events within the south central Kansas region.  All events are subject to approval by City staff.
