CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND UPDATE: January 9, 2012

1) Today is the last day to reserve your room at a discounted conference rate at the Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview.

As mentioned before, this recently renovated hotel is an absolutely "must stay" hotel if you are from out of town and attending this conference.  It is a quick and convenient walk across the street to Century II. However, the block of rooms and the special conference rates are only available through January 9th.  The rates go up considerably after that date.  There are other fine hotels in the nearby area that can be recommended if you are not able to reserve by January 9th but none will match the convenience and historic significance. Book now for the Drury!

2) Please note the registration rate change that has occurred. Regular Registration Rates are now in effect, through January 24th, as indictated in the table below.

3) A one-page conference flyer is now available for download: Go Green To Save Green

CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND UPDATE: December 22, 2011

1) The WSU Conference Office that takes registrations for conference sponsorships, exhibitors and attendees is closed beginning today, December 22nd through the Holidays.  Their offices will be open January 3rd.  During this time period, if you have trouble registering on-line, please simply either wait until WSU staff return the first week of January or for questions, please contact Kay Johnson, City of Wichita, at (316)268-4251 or email her at  kjohnson@wichita.govThere are no deadlines that will be missed if your registration is not processed prior to January 3rd.

2) Sponsors and Exhibitors - there is still time to register and get advertising in for this conference.  After the first week of January, opportunities will still be available but the best value and most advertising exposure will occur prior to January 6th.

3) Participant Registration - Please note that the early registration rate for participants will end January 6th, 2012 so don't miss out on the "best value" conference rate! However, staff worked hard to provide "hot and trending topics" from national and regional speakers.  There is something scheduled for every interest so you'll find this conference a bargain at all the listed rates - even at the door.

4) Conference hotel room rate - A block of rooms have been reserved at the historic Drury Plaza Hotel at Broadview - see Hotel Info Below. This recently renovated hotel is an absolutely "must stay" hotel if you are from out of town and attending this conference.
