2012 Regional Energy & Preservation Conferences

The 2012 Kansas Preservation, Energy & Sustainability Conference and Fair is a perfect opportunity for you to experience locally what many around the country have access to on a regular basis. Covering a wide range of topics, from spec writing and window restoration to energy efficient gadgets and sustainable landscaping, the 2012 conference and fair has something for everyone. Drury Plaza Hotel

The conference will be held at the Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview (400 West Douglas Avenue, Wichita, Kansas, 316-262-5000) and the adjacent Century II Convention Center. A block of rooms have been held for a limited time for the 2012 Conference.

Wednesday Pre-Conference Schedule, Thursday Summit Schedule, Friday Summit Schedule, and Saturday Fair Schedule. Participant fee information is available by scrolling down in the left-hand column.   For brief, concise, all-in-one informational flyer, download our Go Green To Save Green one-sheet.

There are free events on Wednesday and Saturday.  If you want to attend the conference summit on Thursday - Friday, please fill out the Participant Registration Online Form. There is a special Wedesday Pre-Conference Workshop - Contact Kathy Morgan at kmorgan@wichita.gov for information and registration.  

If you want to be an exhibitor and/or sponsor, please fill out the Exhibitor Registration Online Form or download and print an Exhibitor/Sponsor Brochure. The Summary for Exhibitors/Sponsors Benefits and Costs is also available to download.  

NOTE: The Exhibitors/Sponsors deadline for advertising materials that will go into the printed conference program has been extended until January 6th.  However, logos and website links should be provided, if possible, at the time of registration for the fullest benefit of advertising opportunities. Due to increased interest in this conference, it is advisable to book exhibitor space early.
